Descriere Sumar Despre autori

«The present volume showcases a selection of contributions from the fourth edition of the International Graduate Conference in Communication Sciences, which convened in Iași on May 29-30, 2025. The Doctoral School of Philosophy and Socio-Political Sciences – Communication Sciences domain at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, partnering with the corresponding doctoral schools from the University of Bucharest, “Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), and the West University of Timișoara, organized the event. The conference created a stimulating and friendly academic framework for PhD students in communication sciences, enabling them to present their research results (including works in progress or parts of their theses), receive constructive feedback from peers and experienced researchers, and discuss methodologies, tools, and limitations of ongoing empirical and theoretical approaches. By inviting a broad range of topics – including journalism, political communication, public relations, advertising, digital communication, semiotics, and communication marketing – the call prompted a remarkable diversity of approaches. This diversity demonstrates both the field's maturation in Romanian and international academic spaces and its ability to respond promptly to rapid social, technological, and political transformation in recent years.» (Gheorghe-Ilie Fârte)
